Chocolate Transfer Sheets

Chocolate transfer sheets are made from cocoa butter sprayed onto a plastic backing sheet.  When melted chocolate is poured onto the sheet the cocoa butter is melted off the backing and transfers onto the chocolate as it cools.  When the chocolate is set and peeled off the backing sheet the pattern will be there.  A lovely product to give your chocolate a creative finish.  Use with Squires Kitchen Easy to melt Chocolate.
